Pre-Application: 1134 & 1167 Plains Rd. E - 4 residential towers b/w 20-25 storeys
As shown on the attached concept drawings, the two residential sites that are being considered for development are as follow: Phase 1: 1167 Plains Rd Phase 2: 1134 Plains Rd This Consultation meeting is the first step in a comprehensive review of the draft proposal. The purpose of the consultation meeting is for Molinaro Group to address key questions and obtain community feedback prior to the submission of any development applications.
No applications have been received and no decision has been made by the City. Public comments may be directed to the applicant at this time. Once a complete application has been received the public will be notified, and comments will be received by city staff.

Molinaro Group is hosting a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss a proposal to develop two 20 and 25 storey residential towers and podium at 1134 Plains Road East with 426 units, and two 30 and 35 storey residential towers and podium at 1167 Plains Road East with 733 units. They also will discuss their proposal for preservation of Davids Homestead heritage site in the centre of the phase 2 which will be relocated to have maximum exposure at the corner of Plains Road East and Fairview street.
